Whilst we feel that it is regrettable that students should be forced out of fear to worry about protecting their identity when using a perfectly legal and wholesome service, we nonetheless assure you that we treat customer confidentiality very seriously and enforce strict precautions to ensure that this confidentiality is never breached.

To guarantee this we promise the following:

Your name will never be divulged to any party outside of the company.

We will never divulge to universities the names of students who have used our service.

Your name will not appear on any external database or third party website of any kind.

Customers who prefer to go one step further and order with complete anonymity, by using a pseudonym on our order form, are free to do so.
